The Action Plan outlines what items you need to consider when preparing for an emergency, such as what to include in your emergency survival kit and family plan. The plan also includes general tips to help you prepare for emergencies that commonly happen or could happen in Ontario. This Action Plan is intended to help enhance your awareness about emergency preparedness. For more detail on other emergencies or specific topics not covered here, we encourage you to consult other sources of emergency preparedness information, such as local response organizations.
The information that you enter in this application will be used to create your customized Emergency Preparedness Action Plan. While most of the fields in the application are not mandatory, the more information you include the better your plan will be.
